BLUEWAVE Active Power Filter
The BLUEWAVE 3-Level Active Power Filter utilizes advanced digital control and IGBT-based power electronics to monitor and neutralize harmonics in real time. By injecting an equal and opposite compensation current, it ensures a clean, fundamental frequency supply for non-linear loads.
Product Description
The BLUEWAVE Active Power Filter provides real-time harmonic compensation for non-linear loads by generating compensating currents to eliminate harmonic distortion. It supports harmonic filtering, reactive power compensation, and three-phase unbalance correction to improve overall power quality.
Before BLUEWAVE is put into operation, the current waveform of the system is seriously distorted, with poor power quality (Fig. 1); after BLUEWAVE is put into operation, the current waveform of the system is close to a sine wave, with less waveform distortion and higher power quality (Fig. 2).
