Typical Case:
Beijing Benz Shunyi Plant
Project Background: The Beijing Benz Shunyi Plant features highly automated production lines and complex electrical loads. Its paint shop includes distributed photovoltaic systems, large rectifier units, and other power electronic equipment.
Challenges: The combination of distributed photovoltaic generation and rectifier loads created complex power quality conditions, including harmonic distortion and reactive power fluctuations, affecting the stability of the plant distribution system.
INPOWER deployed an SVG-based power quality solution to provide dynamic reactive power compensation, mitigate harmonic distortion, and improve overall power quality performance in the paint shop.
