INPOWER Holds Its Second Employee Health Run
INPOWER recently held its second Employee Health Run, bringing together hundreds of employees for a 6-kilometer event at the company’s industrial park. Colleagues from production, R&D, and other departments stepped away from their daily work to take part in the event and enjoy an energetic morning together.
Throughout the course, participants encouraged and supported one another, reflecting the spirit of collaboration that INPOWER values in its daily work. Employees from different teams ran side by side, while company management also joined the event, further strengthening interaction across departments. Chairman Zhang Xinyu participated in the run together with employees.
The event also reflected INPOWER’s corporate values of integrity, innovation, collaboration, shared responsibility, and mutual success. Rather than focusing only on competition, the Health Run emphasized participation, teamwork, and the shared experience of completing the challenge together.
As participants crossed the finish line, the event concluded with applause, medals, and a group photo. For many employees, the run was not only an opportunity to stay active, but also a chance to connect with colleagues outside the workplace and strengthen team spirit.
Through activities such as the Employee Health Run, INPOWER continues to build a positive and collaborative workplace culture while encouraging employees to stay active, connected, and engaged.
